randomly saving routes as sessions

(sorry in advance for bad grammar / english) hi, i've been using trainz's's surveyor mode for a good couple of years now but i can't wrap my head around the fact that after saving a route in surveyor mode a couple of times, the game randomly begins to save it as a session rather than saving it as like the full route. so for example, if i select quick drive on a route i made, some stuff will be missing, but if i select default instead, the things that are missing will show up. and i mean yeah i know i can just select default but i kinda just want to know why trainz does this and why there doesn't seem to be a way to fix it, thank you!

When you select your route and then the session, how many sessions show? Quick drive may not be linked to the latest saved session.
