Railgrinder Boo...Boo...

This happened in the Netherlands. Apparently a SPENO railgrinder train lost control and ran over the buffers. It then ran through the parking lot, through an unoccupied welcome center, struck a parked truck, and as the news reports say, destroyed a recycling bin.
