Are these addons to TS 09, 10, 12 or stand alone programs and is there any new content in these that is not in the above versions apart from a major complexed signal route

They are completely stand-alone programs, and are not part of the Trainz series. They were created by signalsoft, and are not based off the Trainz software.

Volume One says that some parts are in german only. Is that the same for Volumes Two and Three?

I assume all versions 1, 2, and 3 are stand alone?

If I buy V3 will I need the earlier versions?

Has anyone already tried them, and are they as good as 'Train Dispatcher'?

All three packs are stand-alone, and in fact each of the 'signal boxes' in the packs are stand-alone.
