I know of one. It is on the DLS and is called "Bucyrus Erie 250t crane" by the user "vulcan"
It doesn't have any railroads on it so the crane can be used on just about any railroad.
Some time ago there was Russian crane shown here. Cannot recall the kuid numbers but I have a copy downloaded it in compressed mode. Maybe someone might have more details?
I've used the Russian "Kranes" but they generate script errors in TS12. I don't recall there being a problem with TS2010 or before. They look great though and if someone could figure out the problem, it would be really worth it.

Exactly. The error is weird as it says something like the program can't find where the object is, or something like it. It took me some time to figure out who was causing the problem.

ive done some digging and the RZD KDE 253-bogey 1 has a kuid that is unknown location <kuid:260586:93017>

My work Car series has:
21A and 21B are a pile driver cars (one is animated).
31 is a different design electromagnetic crane car.
36A, 36B, and 36C are auger for drilling holes for telephone poles alongside the track (2 are animated).
