radio chatter

I downloaded a route and it had radio chatter in the background. I was just wondering if anybody knew how to get that in the background. Thanks a bunch!

I have often wondered how to incorporate that into my routes

Ya checked out download station and no BNSF/UP Radio Chatter available by that creator.? I do have a rule installed that plays BNSF radio chatter?? but not up.... so I was interested in this rule but also I got lost in the bushes, weeds and trees this creator has on the download station .
