Quick question about Content Manager

Hi Guys I have a question do some versions of trainz have built in error sorting IE if assets are faulty CM will fix them for you?

No. You must fix the errors yourself.

OK reason I was asking is a train that was always showing up with loads of unfixable errors now works in trs2009 I had tried to use it in 2006 before.

Could be that the "faulty" asset was built for a later version of Trainz (e.g 2.9) so would not work in TS2006.

That's a good one for the suggestion section. With all the talented script writers we have in the Trainz community I'm sure they will get it together one day and make a version of CM that does include this. :wave:

No thats the mystery the train in question was made back in 2006 long before 2009 existed. I guess it will be a mystery as I know I never fixed it befroe it played I spent months last year in classics trying to get it to work. I do agree a future cm that does this woudl be good as it woudl save lots of time and stress.

A broken asset can not fix itself. It may have been updated by its creator or someone else as part of the asset update program.

Important thing is the asset now works so I am pleased.
