Quick portal manager ver 3

Have just downloaded pguy's Quick PortAl Manager ver 3 - but it says that 2 dependencies are missing - 61392:4002 & 61392:4010. any ideas as to where these are!?

Missing dependencies for Quick Portal Manager v3

I've just downloaded "Quick Portal Manager v3" (<kuid2:61392:5012:8>) and got several missing dependencies. Unfortunately, the links above do not point to a location from which I could download a cdp file; they only display asset information.
Any idea where could I find the missing kuids?

Below the picture preview window should be 3 links, "Download|Download Page|Add to Cart". Clicking on Download will launch CMP and and at it to your download section, Download Page will take you to another view with an extra FTP download link.

Quick Portal Manager

Once you download Quick Portal Manager, how do you activate it?
