A little contradiction there in your question. The answer is "no". What you have is what you have, no new routes appear when you finish others, although that is a novel idea for N3V, if they want to go in that direction. Couple that with gold coins hidden throughout a route and you have something for the WII!:hehe:

Bought Turbo Trainz recently, and I love it! There are no coins on the track though.
TS12 was designed to be a new trainz verison, with little to no legacy content, just brand new stuff! The TS2010 content is available on the DLS though.

The routes and sessions themselves from TS2010 can only be added if you have access to the TS2010 .ja files.
