Question about roads and cars...

I found a road I want to use on my route but the cars are too new for my era. Is there a way to 'change' out the cars to older versions. Like model 'T's. It's a dirt road I like and want old cars on it.

If not, can the traffic be toggled off or disabled so these modern cars won't show? I could use static cars instead, I guess.
