question about assets on DLS

i have tried to download the Diesel Refueling Depot several times today. In cm3.6, I search for the asset, locate it, add it to the download list, hit the start button, watch the download activity indicator on the right of the entry, and when CM3.6 goes back to idle, I search for it locally. It is not found. I have noticed that the icon on DLS has a small circle with diagnal line. what does the small icon mean and does it prevent a proper download.

go to the web page, http://www.auran.com/TRS2004/DLS.php locate the asset then download page and try FTP, it sometimes works when nothing else does.
