I am working on a freight yard with the following scenario and problem:
1) A train pulls in from elsewhere, stops, the locos decouple and move to a different track, leaving the consist behind.
2) A pair of engines comes up from behind, couples, and pushes the consist to another track, decoupling the first so-many cars, and then pulling the remainder back.
3) The same pair pushes the remaining cars to another track, etc.
The problem I'm having is while I can get the pushers to couple up to the back of the consist, I can't get it to go forward, pushing the consist to the appropriate trackmark. Instead, it starts pulling it backward to where it started, which is a terminated track, and just sits there. I've tried:
1) Change Direction command
2) Setting up signals and taking all signals for that track out
3) Just using one engine
4) Navigate to and via trackmarks midway between
None have worked.
Thanks!
