Purchasing of tr09WBE

Hi all,

I am contemplating upgrading to tr09 WBE DVD, but going through the buy now pages do not give me the option of purchasing via cheque or postal order, as I don't own a credit card (gasp, shock, horror)

An e-mail to Auran has gone a week or so unanswered, so I will redirect the question via the forum, is it possible to order WBE DVD via snail mail?
Who to make the money order out to? etc

It is fairly local, Brisbane to Melbourne.

I'd say first thing is to ask Alan on the helpdesk, he should have the answer.

Fax Orders & Money Orders

If you don't have a credit card or prefer to use trusty old mail or fax, simply click on this link to the Trainz 2009 order form. Print out the form, and follow the instructions to either fax or mail the order form to Auran. You can only order the DVD version using this form.

Having used the manual order form system, I confess I found it relatively simple and straight forwards, with a short 'turn around' after I'd posted off my order - my only wish, is that those of us without access to a credit card, could more easily find the manual order form. I ordered it via the manual form, and within four days it was on my desk, so to me, that's quality customer service (even more so, as I'd posted it before Auran returned from their christmas holidays!).

I have printed out the order form.

I went back and tried to find that particular manual order page, it is very hard to find.
But then it could be old age and mind deterioration through watching too much reality shows on television.
