Purchased digital version of trainz but **** happened, plz happen

Hello, I purchased the digital version of trainz,
after processing the payment i got the download links and the serial number.
I printed the invoice and closed the window, thinking to download it later.
but now i am unable to log in to planet auran, nor did i noted my serial number.
plz help me auran, as a proof of payment i have the purchase invoice containg all the details .

Welcome to the forums.

You should be able to log in using the same username and password you are using here at the forums.

Once you do manage to log in, go to the Order History page.

I tried, but it says invaild password. I clicked the forgot password link, but the details are not being mailed to my email.
 
That's a known issue at the moment. Click Helpdesk above and use the email address provided, and include as much information as you can to assist them in fixing the account issue.

Ok, I finally logged into my account. The problem was that I was receiving mails in spam folder of my gmail, and i was only looking in the junk mail folder. I have registered my serial number and started download. Hopefully i will be able to play trainz.Thaks Shane and Kris Deagle for your helpful and friendly response.
