ps4 and k5b reskinning trouble!

I was wondering if there is anyone here who is familiar with the TGA type files that are in both engine and tender folders,I tried rekinning in gimp but then when I went into content creator plus,I seen a white engine and tender,so I was just wondering if there is another program I can try and thanks!

Trainz does not like compressed files, when you save from gimp it compresses it. After you save the compressed file open it in a image viewing program like Ifranviewer. Then click "save as" same name and save over your file then trainz should read the file.

By default (IIRC) Gimp does compress files but you can opt to save them uncompressed. I stopped using Gimp and went to Paint.NET because I find Paint.NET easier to use. It has less functionality than Gimp, but there are a lot of plugins you can add. It is free. Website here:
