PRR T1 and CRIP Aerotrain missing kuid

Purchased these from NV3 (along with Blue Comet and Duchess) for my TS12
Missing kuid523:1972969 in both.
I have been unable to contact the Helpline and the kuid is not on the DLS so I am asking if anyone has this kuid and can tell me how to get it?

First, check to see if you have anything in your "Open for Edit" folder/window, perhaps they didn't commit. Second, I would try to reinstall the content, it shouldn't hurt anything to do so.

Nothing in the Open for Edit so I re-installed both but the kuid is still missing.
Any more suggestions?
The other consists in the downloaded packs are okay.
However, I don't particularly want to change to their observation coaches.
I would prefer a "matching set".
