Prototype Coal Hopper's PAL Kentucky

Hi All i am after sum information on the coal hoppers used by PAL in Kentucky USA i do have sum pic's and a couple of video's and they are not mine either but from these i think there are two different type of hopper used in the area.

I think one type may be the Ortner 5 bay but not sure on the newer aluminum style hopper, Any help appreciated folk's.
