I games from 2006 to trs19, computer crash took care of that NV3 needs to fix that,

hello I researched on your Username on your profile, Is your name is Joe H.?
and found it two different username and trainz id one was sign up few day ago and other is dec 30 2002 and last update is may 22 2006, last forum is march 8 2019 post "cancel" and your timeline still there!!

My account is still screwed up-getting this--- Sorry the Username willieg87 is already being used.
- A Profile with email address willieg87@outlook.com has already been registered. That is my login on and account info not willieg. Can not recover first class ticket or any account info!

Only the help desk can assist you. It does sound like it is a previous account you had that you just need to remember the password? But since your original post was "willieg" it sounds like you will need the help desk to straighten out your account.
