ProblemsI with Portals

Hi:

I am starting to work with portals but it doesn't work.

With routes downloaded from DLS portals work fine controled with Central Portal Control but not in my routes.

I have created a simple portal to portal route (only the track to conect them) and I have introduce parameters to produce 1 consist every 1 minute (later i changed to 5 min) but when in Driver mode the consist does not appear.

I made the same directly (not with Central portal control) and the result is the same.

Is it necesary to introduce something before it?

Did you give the portal train commands, and did you make sure there was enough track between the two portals?

In addition to the elements in the consist and driver I incluided "Navigate to" portal2 ( from portal 1)

The distance is an arch between the two portals on each sides of one baseboard, but in my routes I tried before there were a long distancie to the first junction or other element in the tracks

I find the HP Portal to be more reliable. The old one will often stop working or not work at all.

You might like to try Quick Portal Manager by "pguy", you will need the stack library as well:

Thank all of you.

I don`t know why but the one baseborad is working fine, but other one was not,

I have tried to remove the portal and installed a new one but within the same session, configuring again Central Portal Control but it does nor worK when I click in "Edit Sessin" to modify the CPC to inclue the new portal an small red bug appeared in the right down corner .

I have done the same but modifying the route (loosing all the session) and it worked, so I think old session should have a mistake.
