Problem with Serial number!

1. If i open the TS12 launcher i get a message: No valid serial number entered#
2. Then there comes a pop up window, i have to enter the number and then it says it isnt a valid number.

I think this is too much, what comes next?? That they remove us our program from the PC via the internet???
I registered this game more than a year ago, and if N3V is too stupid to remind a silly number in their system, then i want my 36€ back.

Do you have SP1 installed? If so, are you trying to add DLC serial numbers?

No, i dont wanted to crash my content, so i have no SP1 instelled. I cant open the main program...wait i do a video

Forget it, theres no way to help. All my content folders are gone, i have nothing left. Only thing i want now is to find the person who programmed this ****. Thats all. All things i made, just deleted. **** you N3V. **** you.

there will be no video ;( It is all gone ;( ;( original&local folders empty. Even if i get a new serial, all my work is gone
Why does this company do this with its customers...i'll never understand it

Hang on a minute - how do you know that Trainz did that? You may have underlying Windows problems.

Because it was deleted while trainz ran a 'update database' thing when i clicked quit at the launcher :'(

If that's the case, check the backups folder in UserData.

Trainz probably ran the database updater BECAUSE the content had mysteriously gone missing. If you have a backup somewhere, try restoring from that and letting the database repair proceed.

only one folder (today's) there, including 33!! assets :'(

It may be worth importing those 33 assets and seeing where that takes you. It still looks like a possible Windows issue though so you may also want to check your hard drive for errors.

Try a system restore through your PC system.

If i try to copy the local folder it's 0kb big, but takes 13 min to copy?! and has 200+ files that i cant see...WTF is that for a problem??!!

Scrambled hard disk? maybe screwed up file allocation table, run a disk check before you do anything else and make things worse than they appear to be getting.

I agree. Go to CMD and run chkdsk.
