Problem replying to posts - locked out?

A question guys --

I can reply to posts in this particular forum. And edit posts that I have made previously. And start a new thread.

However, in the other Forums, for example Freeware Announcements, I can do none of the above.

Am I being punished for some misdeed and locked out? Or is everyone else experiencing this?

Hmm -- get worse and worse.

I've logged out and then in again.

Now I don't even see the TS12 Forum and all the others in that section.

Was I a very naughty boy or was it a glitch somewhere in the system that decided I was a person non grata?
