Problem logging into Download mgr.

Hi

I have been away for a long time. Decided I would give the new 2010 a try so got a new computer all jazzed up and ready to go. Running Win 7. Trainz installed fine, shows 41615 so I guess no patch is yet needed. Problem is, when I try to go to download mgr, it tells me I an not logged in. Logging in and says the same thing. I use the same login and password I have used for years. It gets me into this forum ok and they welcomed me with open arms when I bought a 1st class ticket.
I am at a loss of what to do next. Anyone have any sugesttions?

Logging in

Hi Bud - some people had trouble with this same situation. The answer seemed to be to go to your profile and on the serial number tab - then enter your 2010 serial number manually. (if it is not there already) - then restart and you should have better luck.

i had a promblem sorta like that

hi whenever i try to get to the download mgr. it asks me what order i want the downloads in and i say wat i want and nothing happens then i press download mgr. and it just asks me that same thing. Any help here?
