I saw it on TV but they only showed the rear of the train. I would like to know what type of locomotive was used.

It makes sense....If a terrorist attacked and happened to cut the electric the train wouldn't be effected. And same goes as to why they have 2 locomotives. So if 1 dies they still have another locomotive.But not electric ? interesting - I wonder why? Like the lead engine being #44.
Oh come now, the Georgia 300 is a nice car with a nice pedigree....not as nice as the MKT 403, or the SP 110, or the Metis, but still....A private carI was hoping for #10001. oh well....
