portholes in trs04!!!

hi all what are the portholes mean to be used for in trs04 as all they seam to do is make the train disapear help plz. From Darren

Arrgh matey...them portholes be there to make new consists, and to swallow one off yer' layout like a big sperm whale! They be handy critters to have when the sky is dark, and the waves be crashin' o'er the poopdeck...arrrgh...

Portals can both produce and consume trains. After placing one, select the edit properties ? (or press the N key) and left click on the portal and you'll see all of the available options.

if your using a senerio y you need to load it in surveyer then click on the buildings icon down left side then the ? mark click on the porthole and it will open window. there you can add consists or return your train.
