The same way more or less if you mean you are creating a new train to come out of a portal. When you add a vehicle to a consist it will be depicted as a picture with the leading (first) vehicle/s at the top and the last vehicle/s at the bottom. For you the first vehicle will be a single coach with a driver's cab. If you want to turn it round click on "change direction". You can also select the number of coaches you want. First select the type of coach you want then add it to consist. Then if you want 5 of that type next to the first coach for example change the number to 5. I hope that is what you meant. Then when you have completed your consist add a driver. Make sure the driver you select has not been allocated a train already or it won,t work. Finally.enter your schedule
