Hi, I think what you need to do is, under surveyor, place your wagons and then click on properties ( the question mark ) and then choose your load or product. You can add or change the type of loading this way. This works if the wagon is meant to be loaded or unloaded. There are heaps of other products available on the dls. If the wagon isn't designed to work this way all it will offer is to change the running number. When they run into the portal empty they will return full with what it is you want on them.
