Portal Question

I have a feeling this has come up before, but I couldn't find the thread. So forgive me if I'm treading covered ground! I'm looking for a portal that will emit specific trains and specific times. The ones I've seen will emit trains you tell them to, but randomly. I'm looking for one where I can tell it when to emit which of several premade trains. Does anyone have any suggestions?
