Polish train formations

Hello all,

I recently downloaded Kilanziom's excellent Sudety 1976 PL map, but was wondering what sort of traffic would be seen on the route during this time period?, how were passenger trains in the region arranged? and what sort of locomotives could be seen working in the region?

Any help would be appreciated.
