Please help Sydney Harbour Bridge

Is there someone out there that would like to build for me and the rest of the trainz Australian community the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House as i am totally hopeless with doing that kind of stuff .

Its total length including approach spans is 1149 metres and its arch span is 503 metres. The top of the arch is 134 metres above sea level and the clearance for shipping under the deck is a spacious 49 metres. The total steelwork weighs 52,800 tonnes, including 39,000 tonnes in the arch. The 49 metre wide deck makes Sydney Harbour Bridge the widest Longspan Bridge in the world.

It now carries eight vehicle lanes, two train lines, a footway and a cycleway

Total weight of steelwork 52,800 tonnes including arch and mild steel approach spans

Allowance for deck expansion 420 millimetres

Allowance for arch expansion The arch may rise or fall 18 centimetres due to heating or cooling

Number of panels in arch 28, each 18.28 metres wide

Record tonnage erected 589 tonnes of steelwork was erected on the arch in one day on 26 November 1929

Paint required 272,000 litres of paint were required to give the Bridge its initial three coats.

Thanks for the kind words and I hope I haven't stuck my neck out (wouldn't be the first time, lol).

Closer photos of the tower, pylons, etc would help. Also one from the roadway.

Have a project or 2 ahead of you but it won't be too long.

in this piture above we are looking to the north , east is to the right of our view west to the left, all trains run on the left hand side of the bridge west side ,one train track goes through the pillar arches on this side and the other to the roadside of the same pillars, traffic on the left 4 lanes travel north and right 4 lanes travel southin this view to the right there is a walk way and a car lane that travells south going through the pillar arches on this side of the bridge

The best way for you to veiw the sydney harbour bridge is by google earth,you will be able to see far more than a picture can show you

Sounds like you must be going to build something in that area.

Ive got a good section of the line from Milsons Point up to St Leonards built already and have even allowed for the Northern beaches railway to be included.

Let me know your intentions as I can send you what Ive done.

every bit of help is always welcome PGibbons,the route i have near completed is from sydney to gosford,but before i upload it i would like to include maybe to Lithgow to the west and to Nowra to the south,i really don't know ill see what i have time for.
