Platform doesn't behave like a platform

Hello,
I often used a complete German platform in TRS2006, in objects it's called:
"Platform 150m"
"Platform 250m"
"Platform 350m"
Now I have TS2009 and I'd also like to use it there but when a train arrive on the platform the doors won't open, people won't go in/out and in the menu of the object there are no preferences (like number of passengers, morning/evening peak). Why? How can I make the train to open the door on the platform???

The 150 and 250 meter platforms are used in TS2010 in the PT Dresden-Nuernberg Demo route and the doors work just fine. Perhaps you haven't set them or the railcars up properly.

If there are no options for altering the state of the platform I'd say its not passenger enabled.

i dont have the PT Dresden-Nuernberg Demo route in my version of trainz 2010, but would love to know how to get these platforms to show up... they come up in red on my trainz and i dont even have the chance top lay them
