In TS12 the Platform-Announce asset <kuid:2:113975:100437:1> constantly chimes on several of my routes - very annoying. It is built in to TS12.
I wanted to change the frequency of the chiming, and that can be accomplished in the config.txt file. However once the editing is completed the asset shows errors (not due to the editing because you can open for edit and then commit and the errors appear).
Unfortunately I cannot find where this asset is located specifically on the route because it uses an invisible marker unlike most of the other sound assets which show a symbol in Grid mode. The disable command has no effect because any route that uses an asset will still continue to use it even if it is disabled.
I 'fixed' it for the moment by just eliminating most of the lines in the config.txt file. That shut it up and now I only show a warning, not an error.
Does anyone know of a proper fix for this asset?
