It is installed in a session as a Rule. This is accessed from inside a session in Surveyor by clicking on the MainMenu button on the upper left corner of the screen and selecting Edit Session. In the box that opens, click on Add button. Then select QuickPortalManager. You only need it once. Installed, it will manage every Portal on your route. It is an amazing asset.
