Hi everyone,
Some time ago I asked Eldavo if he could make a Trigger to raise and lower a Pantograph and he was able to. The main reason I asked was for the use on planes that have retractable wheels set up as a Pantograph. I and a couple of others have been using this Trigger for some time but due to the DLS problems is was not released until now.
It is visible in Surveyor but invisible in Driver and very easy to use. As I said I use it for planes so it has a little blue flag that you place the way the plane is flying on your invisible track and when the plane reaches it the wheels retract. Near landing you place it so the flag is facing the way the plane is coming and the wheels are then lowered. It is really neat and easy to use.
I see no reason why it can not be used for the same operation on trains as well.
The only thing is that it will not work in AI operation as this is a coding matter within Trainz itself and something that can not be overcome.
Many Thanks to Eldavo for this great little tool, his work, time and help is much appreciated.
Craig
