Paintshed problem. Help needed

For some reason evry time I load paintshed, paintshed opens but just displays the top icons and a blank blue background. Can anyone help? My computer is a Vista, that might have something to do with it, anyway if you can help then please do.

See all the previous posts on Paintshed...use the Search box...there are dozens of redundant threads on paintshed...I had problems with it too...but I fixed it somehow...see the other threads, or IM me, or Yahoo IM.
