Big thing. Paint shed is only available on 2004 to 2006. Comes with the Sim.
Not available on 2009. Use paint shop or similar. Only certain engines are available to repaint if you have the above versions.

Where is it? - it comes with TRS4 and TRS6, it will not run in TS09.

Can you use it on any train? - no, only the one That come with it.

Can you do any style you want? - no, only the built in styles but you can edit the texture in other paint programs.

How do you use it? - read the help files, it's simple.

Not quite. It is indeed included with TRS2006 but with TRS2004 you have to download and install it separately but it's free of charge.

If you're unfamiliar with making 3D models in programs such as gmax and Blender then PaintShed is an excellent introduction. If you're already an expert in that field then you would probably regard it as very limited.
