Paint Shed for TRS2009

Hmmm dose any one know why Paint Shed is not in the TRS2009 sim I looked and can't find it.

Because the quality & scope of Paintshed does not meet 2009's standards.
It belongs in "No longer required" bin with Trainz 1.0.

You can do better using Adobe Photoshop.
