paid for airport controler sim but does not let me down load it

I paid for the airport control tower sim and followed instructions to down load it but it does not let me. Keeps saying insert discs to carry on down loading
It is a big con and thank heavens it is only about $7 with the discount voucher . i got the e mails etc saying money received and the but have tried now for over a week
I am very dissapointed and surprised by this outfit

would like a refund if they will not let me down load why is there no actual help centre?

I'm not even aware of an ATC sim sold by Auran; the only aviation-related sim I know of it Airport Simulator, and, if that's the game you ordered, you should have read the description before buying. That said, whatever you did buy from Auran, if anything, should be under your Profile. Find Order History, and you should find the download links. Be sure to use a download manager like freedownloadmanager.org's free product. Keep in mind, Auran is only the publisher/seller for most of the non-Trainz sims.

And, if you are looking for an ATC sim, I suggest either FeelThere's Tower! or, if you can, get your hands on an old copy of Tracon. Even though it's a DOS sim, it runs just fine under Windows.
