Own Created World Disapearing

Hey,

I have created my own route on Trainz 2006, i save it then quit the game. But when i load the game up again it is not there. Can anyone help?

Welcome to the forums.

The likely reasons are:

1.You haven't registered your serial number with N3V. This is important - click Planet Auran above, then Serial Number, then fill in the form.
2.You are not running Trainz as administrator if using Windows Vista/7/8 - see the thread in my signature for a link to my tutorial on that.

In addition to what oknotsen has stated, you will need to select the bottom option (the one labelled 'Trainz') when selecting your version.

Also be aware that TRS2006 is unsupported, and as a result you will need to buy a First Class Ticket (or TS2009/TS2010/TS12) if you want to download anything from the Download Station.

Does TS2006 have the favorites in the route listing as TS10 and 12 do? If you don't have your route selected as favorite, and you are viewing only favorites, it won't show up.

it's already signed up and stuff. It used to work but it suddenly just stopped

If you would have, then I would expect your TRS2006 to be visible next to your name as a train station just like it does next to my name.

Fill out the forms, find your serial number and enter it for the product it's for.

I'm not familiar with 2006, but all the other versions I have until you enter that serial number in the game and on the Planet Auran page, you can't save anything permanently because the game doesn't have a KUID number to assign to the new creation. Each registered user gets his own unique author number, which is the first part of the KUID, without that number you can't create a KUID, therefore you can't create a new asset, therefore whatever you create will be gone when you exit and restart Trainz.
