Photobucket is free...so is Irfanview...both of these are indispencible tools for posting, hosting and converting photo's into Trainz forums.

Google them...and I will try to get you the download links to the sites.

They're both free online sites which host your images for you.

I often use: http://www.imagehost.org/ (no registration required) No nonsense with this one, just click browse, go 'documents and settings', find your account, go to 'my pictures', then find the pic.
