That the downloads wont download I click the start button and nothing happens. even after I click it it still says start and no matter how many times i click start it still wont do anything, it was working fine until i bought a first class ticket. can anyone help me. thanks!

There was a post re server work being done 4-4-2010, whether its over run I dont know.
Did you activate the FCT.

yeah I did activate it, I will just wait and see if it starts to work later, but I have tried restarting my computer, the content manager, logging out of my account, everything but still nothing.

Have you cleared the download helper side of CM, that can help.

Have you done the reset password etc, does cm show that you have a fct.

hahaha I dont know how I got it to work, I mean considering I did everything it could have been any of those things, I think logging out of my account and restarting the content manager probably is what did it but again I have nooo idea. hahaha
