Offline + no registration

I am getting frustrated.

1. The multiplayer/iChat server is offline again.
2. A friend is trying to create a new profile so he can be able to join multiplayer games, this is not possible he never receives confirmation email (no spam filter activated).
3. No help from HelpDesk possible for up to 5 days (Monday hopefully).

This is NOT a happy Trainz holiday.

Tell me about. I can,t run a multiplayer session. Your friend should be able to create a new profile when the Planet Auran server comes back online. As it is sunday in the UK that will hopefully be in a few hours when the N3V staff turn up on (their) Monday morning.
