NULL product??...

For some reason when I try to add a product in surveyor it says Null product not recignized and I get an Abort or continue. When I click continue, there is nothing in the product list. What did I do wrong? I can add them in the ccp but can not in surveyor?

If the product list in Surveyor is empty it usually means you have a fault commodity kuid. It only takes one bad kuid to kill the whole list. Start CM and check all of your installed commodities for errors or missing dependencies.
