Yes, you do, it is a Club Car item.

I realized if you wait longer to get club car you get more instant gratification when you get it, because there's more stuff to download instantly.

Good point! When we first started the program I never imagined it would turn into this. I think the best part is the free item every month, and moving forward it will always be a locomotive or freight car. In the past we had buildings but I am going to eventually retire those from the CC area and release them as general freeware. We had a customer a few months back that suggested we don't offer buildings because then they include them in routes. He had a great point so when I get a chance the buildings will be removed from the CC only area and placed on the DLS so that they can be included in routes. I'll see about getting the August item up today.

Anyone know if NS 8352 C40-8W will work in TANE?

The majority of our content has been fixed for TANE, including this one so yes it will work in TANE.

Yes there is a custom cab in all of the -8 and -9 series engines.
