Not sure of a Trainz-related abbreviation?

As a result of a recent forum post, I am compiling a list of abbreviations. This is part of my Trainz Technical and Operational Tips and Tricks blog.

To access the entry (if you do not view the Blogs page directly), see http://forums.auran.com/trainz/entry.php?250-Useful-Trainz-technical-abbreviations.

If you have any requests for abbreviation meanings, please leave a comment on the blog entry, and I will add it as soon as I can.

Shane

EDIT: If users want me to add the abbreviations to this thread as well, let me know.

I have added the majority of the known abbreviations to the blog entry, assisted by other Trainz users (who have been credited for it in the main blog entry).

P.S. Can a moderator sort out the title for me please, so it matches the title at the top of the original post.

You forgot one

S.P.A.D - Signal Passed At Danger

Other than that, this list is really superb and very helpful, many thanks to Shaneturner12 for this excellent tool.

I have now added that abbreviation into the blog entry.

Thankyou both for your comments.

Hopefully a moderator reads this and makes it more visible to users.

Maybe also "Hardware TL"? Everybody knows the meaning of "Hardware", but "TL" probably leaves most people clueless the first time they come across it. I know I was.

Thanks for all the time you put into all your helpful posts, Shane :Y:

Two suggestions: first, you might revise the list so that it's in alphabetical order; second although you've shown "LM" as Level of Detail mesh in the list, I've more commonly seen "LOD".

As to contributing to the list, I"ve seen and used "IWBNI" (It would be nice if) "OTOH" (on the other hand) and "FWIW" (for what it's worth) in the forums.
