Not sure how to add DLS content to Multiplayer Surveyor

My friend and I are starting a route in Trainz+ multiplayer surveyor. However, the content we have is extremely limited (basegame) and we want to include things from the download station. Only thing is, we have no idea how to do this, and there's no documentation anywhere on how to make a "content pack" or whatever it is you need to include custom assets. I have been told that yes, you can use DLS content in this gamemode. However, how to do it is extremely unclear. Any help would be appreciated.

Its bit of a complicated process but once you understand it, it becomes easy.
