meh..
Well I think its time I created a thread for this route. So first off im gonna start off with some history on the line, first off it was built in Maine along the White Mountains for 40 miles. The line was built in 1880 by the Oakveiw & Northern to service the lumber industry of the area. By the 1940s several Paper Mills pooped up and they became one of the main industries along this 40 mile line. In the spring of 1980 the Oakveiw & Northern went bankrupt and by fall the line was bought by the Southeast Terminal RR by fall because of the paper industry at the time being most active in Maine. They named this line their Northeast Terminal RR and used their own locos until they were able to get some for the line in 2000.
So now some pics! Enjoy!
Well thats it for now! Tell me what ya think!
