Hi i have downloaded Herlev route Modern Europe into TRS2010 but when i open the route i get no track showing. Can anybody give me some help as to what track is used in this route

Hi Uriah,

Well, there's a special thread led by Tonny (Herlev), the creator of the route, where you can get some hints about your search of the lost track. ;)

http://forums.auran.com/trainz/showthread.php?t=69333

That's the right track to drive on... ;)

In advance, I can tell you that the track is not on the DLS. Let me open the route and find out for you.

BTW, since this is your first post over here, welcome to this home of crazy freaky trainzers, most of them very nice people, and I said, most of them. :hehe: I'm not.

Updating info:

Main trackwork is by the great Chinese creator ocemy.

CHN concrete 05,<kuid:276266:1034>

Not on the DLS, as usual with these Chinese Third Parties. ;)

This is the link to Ocemy website that host his track; http://www.ocemy.com/TRS_tracks.htm

Cheers, Mac...

Nope, Ocemy's website doesn't host the track that is used in Modern Europe.

The only way to get it is to either sign up on the website in the other forum thread, which is near impossible if you don't speak chinese, or to mess about illegally sharing the assets via email.

personally, I just gave up on the idea of using Modern Europe, it's easier.

If you send Tonny a PM and give him your email address, he'll send you the cdp files for the track.

I think this layout is well worth a look, although I say that without having run any trains on it yet. Tonny has put a lot of work into it and some of the detail is quite stunning. Yes, I'm still missing between 80 and 100 assets but the layout still looks great without them and I assume I can still run trains on it. If not, then I'll delete it. By the way, I know the sites where most of the missing assets are but there are only so many sites that I want to register for. The rest I'll do without.

Regards, Paul
