no purchased content in my trainz

Hello, I did some shopping at the trainz store. Unfortunately, neither in the MyTrainz Account and the content manager NO shows the ordered items. I can't download them, I can't do anything.. In my Account shows that it has been submitted and paid.
please help
 
You can also download purchased items from the Driver/Surveyor screen. When you first go into this screen the search filter should be on purchased routes. If your purchase was a route, then just scroll through the list until you come to the one you want to download. Click on the picture then on the download button.
You can also shop the content store from here. At the top of the screen change the search filter to premium content.
