no map in surveyor

Hello All,
I have recently downloaded Canada Impressions Line kuid2:78078:100029:1 and although it seems all there dependancy wise when I try to go into it in surveyor all I get is a blue screen with the compass in it..I am using ts 2009 sp 4..Is the trouble at my end and can I get it working..

I would verify that there are no missing/faulty assets, although I do remember reading something about maps not appearing correctly sometime in the past.
