Niddertalbahn Stockheim roundhouse help

Can anyone help me re-create the Stockheim roundhouse and turntable from Niddertalbahn? I can't figure this thing out no matter what I try. Specifically the Turntable 20m 10 degree, and Ringlokschuppen (1), (2), and (3). Looking at it in the layout, it's just a mess of spinning circles and red arrows, and invisible tracks (which I only partially understand anyways. I'd love to find an english tutorial for building this thing if any such exists.

You can stop the spline circles from spinning.

It helped me a lot.

Mani menu > Settings > Interface Settings > Surveyor interface settings > spline point rotation : check it OFF
