I have just received this months newsletter (requested by me), from 'auran' or is it's name something different now?
I have hoped for months that it would contain some news but it never does - just seems to be a sales pitch to get me buy more of what I already have.
It it too much to expect the 'company' to treat it as a newsletter and actually supply some news. Accepting the fact that all company's need to make a profit, it's just as important to communicate with existing customers and make them feel respected or appreciated.
Solution.............don't call it a newsletter if it doesn't contain any news.
